We all bring our needs and dreams into the conversation–they need not be the same dreams or needs. What matters is that we are together, and that is a natural multiplier of our intentions. Our individual aspirations are more easily manifested when we come together; when we work alongside each other; when we realize that we belong together–that our gifts are meant to be shared and we all have a vital role in our community.
I think motivation has gotten a bad rap. Prominent gurus who are trying to distinguish their human performance work from those who are life evangelists—we need them both in the human experience…but I think motivation is more than the pep rally it has been branded to be.

I have questions….with no answers…and I’m perfectly OK with that. I have dreams with no path…and I’m OK with that; because I believe that questions and dreams are the wings that invite the wind beneath us–giving us a higher perspective, to trust the way forward….(but be aware: this wind=cocoon/change/loss/chaos/pain => transformation/evolution/butterfly) Are You OK with that?
Our day is filled with media feeding-frenzies around the lives of people who have “made it” or who have achieved some modicum of success in any arena. We pay hundreds of dollars to be close to them at concerts. We argue about how they raise their children or what they wore to the last gala event. We live vicariously through them—sometimes whether we intend to or not.
