But what’s the rush? Why so anxious? Is ‘getting there’ so critical? Is your destination so important and your possession of something so necessary? Are we willing to run over others to get ‘there?’ We need to wait more often. Pause more often. Defer [...]

Vulnerability is the only way to experience life. We try to mitigate our risks. We try to be selectively vulnerable. It doesn’t work. It locks out life. I read so many posts on Facebook about living life to the fullest–what I think they are really saying is:
I want to be vulnerable again.
…if You’re here on this planet, You are here to shine; to make someone remember their own light; to raise the vibration of humanity to a higher frequency; to compel all creation to excellence; to love and be loved.
